Chelsea is amazing. This was our first time booking with Virgin Cruise line and she was so helpful. She was able to secure a Sea Terrace Cabin for us an o cruise that was fastly selling out. Chelsea reached out to us before our cruise to make sure we had everything we needed. Wished us a happy sailing on our Embarkation day. Checked in on us during our cruise to see if we needed anything and when we got home. We have never had a travel agent do that before. We loved that she took the time to do that.
