Welcome to Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, the landscape and buildings of this resort showcases the magic of both Disney and Pixar movies. You will find yourself immersed in such classics as Finding Nemo, Cars, The Lion King and The Little Mermaid. This resort is great for families because of the very spacious accommodations with suites that can sleep parties of six. These family suites include a bedroom with one queen-size bed; one double-size convertible table bed; one double-size sleeper sofa; living room; two bathrooms and a kitchenette. This makes for a very comfortable stay with room for everyone in your group.
Art of Animation also has the largest resort pool in Walt Disney World. The Big Blue Pool is themed to the movie Finding Nemo. In addition there is an interactive water play area that your little ones will greatly enjoy. The resort has two additional smaller pools, the first is the Cozy Cone Pool inspired by the film Cars and The Flippin’ Fins Pool inspired by The Little Mermaid.
If you looking for food either before heading to the park or when you return back to your resort you can dine at the Landscape of Flavors food court. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at this location and there are five very different food shops serving fresh, made-to-order cuisine. You will find everything from classic American dishes to tasty international dishes.
Another perk of staying here is this resort is located on the Disney Skyliner system. This mode of transportation can easily get you to EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios very quickly.
Art of Animation is also a dog friendly resort allowing you to bring your dog with you on your vacation. There is a limit of two dogs per room and restrictions and fees apply.
