I grew up in the Northeast and now live in Tampa, where my family and I visit Disney at least once a month. Some of my fondest memories are from Disney, from my first childhood trip to seeing the magic through my daughters’ eyes. Whether it’s a day trip, a mini staycation, or a special date night, Disney has become a big part of our lives. Alongside Disney our family enjoys traveling to the Caribbean, Mexico and more. I’m passionate about helping others create their own magical memories and unforgettable experiences.

Jakki was great in helping us plan our vacation to Walt Disney World. She got us a great deal on both the tickets and the resort. She showed us multiple resorts and what each one offered, so we could decide which one best fit our needs. She was very good with communication to make sure we had everything set prior to going there, from making sure we had the app installed to making sure we understood how to use it. One thing I would have liked to know about before our trip was what we were allowed to bring into each park. We did a quick search and saw that we could bring in our own water, but we also saw people with sandwiches, snacks like apples and such. If we had known that, then we would have brought in those snacks as well. That would have been really helpful. Overall, it was a great experience working with Jakki on getting this vacation planned, and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself, so it was all worth it!

By signing this form, I acknowledge that I am declining the offer to purchase travel protection or trip insurance. I understand that there is a risk involved with any travel, including activities and/or excursions. I also understand that travel insurance may be able to protect me from possible loss of money due to supplier bankruptcy or default, unexpected trip cancellation or interruption due to accident, sickness or death, baggage loss, medical expenses, emergency air transportation costs and covered situations that are beyond my control.

This waiver confirms that I voluntarily decline travel insurance and travel protection insurance for the trip described below. I understand I am solely liable for all airline fees, supplier fees, and agency fees that may apply, and I hereby release 407 and Beyond Vacation LLC. and its agents from all liability related to the trip described below.
