Watching our daughters’ faces light up during the parade as Mickey and Minnie passed by and formed a heart with their hands just for them, was pure joy!
I grew up in the Northeast and now live in Tampa, where my family and I visit Disney at least once a month. Some of my fondest memories are from Disney, from my first childhood trip to seeing the magic through my daughters’ eyes. Whether it’s a day trip, a mini staycation, or a special date night, Disney has become a big part of our lives. Alongside Disney our family enjoys traveling to the Caribbean, Mexico and more. I’m passionate about helping others create their own magical memories and unforgettable experiences.
Price Your Next Vacation
Jakki was great in helping us plan our vacation to Walt Disney World. She got us a great deal on both the tickets and the resort. She showed us multiple resorts and what each one offered, so we could decide which one best fit our needs. She was very good with communication to make sure we had everything set prior to going there, from making sure we had the app installed to making sure we understood how to use it.
One thing I would have liked to know about before our trip was what we were allowed to bring into each park. We did a quick search and saw that we could bring in our own water, but we also saw people with sandwiches, snacks like apples and such. If we had known that, then we would have brought in those snacks as well. That would have been really helpful.
Overall, it was a great experience working with Jakki on getting this vacation planned, and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed herself, so it was all worth it!

10 out of 10! Jakki is a must to book with. My family went down to Disney and she booked all our tickets for the park! Made it so easy, especially since I'm not a Disney girlie. Went over how to put everything on the Disney app making checking in at the park so easy. Will absolutely be using her again for all future trips! Life is so busy. It's so nice to have someone who can do all the leg work for you so vacations feel like a vacation!

From the very first message I sent asking a bunch of high-level questions to opening the sweetest package from her the week that we arrived home - Jakki went above and beyond anything I ever would have expected from a travel agent.
