This is my 4th vacation using Kristine as my travel agent. This was my 1st international overseas trip and there was no way I was planning it without the help of Kristine. We went on our very first Celebrity Cruise, and Kristine handled it all! We were nervous about traveling with our kids and with parents on their first cruise, but she made it so easy and was able to help coordinate our rooms and needs. It was so nice to have someone who could answer all our questions and alleviate our worries! She took care of so many details, including printing our luggage tags and providing our keycard lanyards. She's the best! We won't do another cruise without her expertise!

We used Kristine for our Run Disney 2023 trip to Marathon week at Disney World this year. We did our own reservations last year, will not do that again because there was a huge difference in experiences. She was responsive, provided loads of information on the resorts and restaurants, shopping, etc.. She put in the work to arrange for a club level room at our preferred resort. Prior to the opening of the 60 day window for grabbing reservations Kristine contacted us with a reminder; we asked her for the restaurants and times we needed and she got it done in the early hours of the morning when reservations opened, beating everyone else to the que!
