Perfection, truly. My husband and I inquired with Lauren about a very last minute, impromptu Disney trip with our 2 and 4 year old. She had us several different quotes with different options, catered to our most important needs within 30 minutes of me asking. She planned everything down to the detail from hotel stays, resort stays, experiences within the parks, tickets, lightening lanes, & my favorite - the best tips & tricks. My husband & I were not "disney savvy" at all but Lauren made this trip so much easier for us. She made us daily itineraries to follow however loosely we wanted, we chose to follow it the best we could. My husband and I had been to Disney years ago, but this was the first time taking our two young children. With so much to see and do, Shannon was a huge help in narrowing down which rides, restaurants, etc. would be suitable for our 4 and 6 year old. She was very responsive and she basically planned our itinerary which was also a huge help! 🙂
