This is my 3rd or 4th vacation Libby has planned for me, she is wonderful at explaining and finding everything out you need to know to have an amazing adventure. This is my first year becoming a Universal Orlando Annual Pass member, and I think Libby was just as excited as I was, for my adventures at Universal as an annual pass member during the holidays. I got to experience many new and exciting things. Libby was there to help me plan everything from beginning to end, she even booked my transportation to/from the resort. I was able to do something on this trip I have always wanted to do, meet the fabulous Frog Choir, that performs in front of Hogwarts Castle. Thank you Libby for everything that you do.

From our initial telephone meeting to the day prior to our trip Libby was professional and attentive. She was just as excited as we were for my birthday trip. She researched and found a first class hotel in Paris with an Eiffel tower view that was spectacular. She mailed us a list of travel to do’s including a list of dining and sightseeing recommendations. I highly recommend her services for your next vacation.

Libby was absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning she helped us book our trip. From looking at flights, package deals, rooms, and transport she helped every step of the way. At one point, my husband and I had questions about an automatic upgrade we received for a direct transfer to our resort from the airport and Libby immediately sent an email to get some clarification. She even called the transportation company after they didn’t reply to her first email. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and are taken care of. Day of our trip we ended up having a five hour flight delay, and Libby AGAIN went the extra mile and called southwest to see if there were any other flight options. She even gave us a little thank you package that had our flight/trip itinerary, as well as some cute sunglasses for the beach! If you are looking for a travel agent who truly cares about you and your trip, you should book through Libby!

We initially reached out to Libby to see what the perks were to using a travel agent versus booking a cruise ourselves. Libby was extremely timely in her response and provided us a ton of great details! We decided on which cruise we wanted to go on and then working with Libby to get all of the paperwork, payments, and fine details was a breeze! She made this one of the easiest trips we have been on. After we had made our final payment I then was wondering about an upgrade, so, I reached out and asked Libby if she could look into this for us. She was able to secure us a suite on the back of the ship and it was perfect! We told my father about how great Libby was and he booked a cruise through her as well. We are currently working with her to book our next cruise!

How do I even put it into words… I’ve known Libby for many years, we initially met on my DCP back in 2016 and stayed connected via social media. When I saw that she became a travel agent I always knew I wanted to book with her! We finally booked a Disney cruise with her another smaller vacations in between and she has been nothing but amazing! She’s so knowledgeable in every aspect of vacation planning, she would send us reminders, sent us a special surprise for my kids the list goes on. If you need a vacation planner I will ALWAYS recommend Libby !
