Do you charge a fee for services?

NO

407 and Beyond Vacation Co. does not charge a fee for our services. We try to find you the lowest rates available, so you either pay the same or lower price than booking directly through the vacation destination. We make money from commissions from vacation destinations.

Do I need to pay for my vacation upfront?

Not Usually

When there is enough time before travel, our Vacation Experts can place a no-obligation courtesy hold for a few days to secure the rates and space while we finalize the details. A deposit will be due when the hold expires. Your Vacation Expert will provide details regarding the deposit and final payment.

If I have already booked my vacation package, can I still use your service?

Probably!

If you booked your reservation direct with a vacation destination (Disney, cruise line, etc.), we can transfer your vacation to 407 and Beyond Vacation Co. so you can take advantage of our services. To transfer your vacation, fill out a quote request and let us know you have a current booking. We will automatically look for a lower rate.

How long will I wait for a reply with my quote?

2-24 hours

Our Vacation Experts are usually able to respond to you with a free, non-obligation quote within hours. However, please reserve up to 24 hours for our Vacation Experts to get you a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

Vacation Destinations accept credit cards for your deposit and final payment. Your Vacation Expert will provide your credit card information to the vacation destination. The destination will run the transaction and it will show up on your statement as a charge from the vacation destination.

What are your charge and cancellation fees?

We do not charge any agency fees for changes or cancellations. However, vacation destination policies on changes and cancellations still apply.

What happens if a promotion comes out after I book?

No Problem!

Your Vacation Expert will monitor your booking for any promotions or price reductions and will proactively apply the savings for any qualify. If we can apply the savings we will contract you with the good news!

Why do you require guests names if I only want a quote?

In order to obtain a quote from a vacation destination, names are often required. This information allows us to place a courtesy hold on the arrangements giving us time to communicate the rates to you and allows you the opportunity to consider the options.

Should I buy travel insurance?

It depends

The best way to protect your trip and to have complete peace of mind is to have travel insurance. We recommend it for our clients.
