From the moment we had an "idea" to go on a vacation....Lauren was on it. She went over a few different ideas to stay in our budget. She helped us narrow down our options to find our perfect trip. She booked us at an amazing resort. She really listened to what was important to us. Lauren planned our days and evenings with many fun activities. She helped us book dining she knew we would all enjoy. There was nothing she overlooked. She really listened to our wants and desires. She made them all happen!! She didn't stop when we left for our amazing vacation... she was still "on it"... She helped us change plans when a hurricane surprised us. There was a problem with hotel billing....she called and fixed it. She checked in daily to keep us on track. She helped us get into virtual queues. She guided us from start to finish. She truly is amazing. Within just a few days of returning... I called her to start planning our next adventure. If you are thinking of a vacation.... You MUST talk to Lauren. I can't recommend her highly enough. I would never vacation without Lauren's guidance again!!

Our family of 6 decided to take a last minute vacation to Disney (started planning 4 days before leaving 😬), and boy did Lauren come through for us, in a pinch no less! Lauren had resources and quick reference guides for each park ready to send us which helped us to plan each day's itinerary, and she was even able to get us into a fabulous character breakfast at Topolino's Terrace. Our family had a blast, and I know the trip was much smoother having Lauren's expertise to guide us through it. Thank you so much, Lauren!!

Our family just returned from Disney, and it was amazing thanks to Lauren!! From start to finish, she was an incredible support and helped our family have the best vacation and sweet 16 for our daughter. When I started planning, Lauren was there to guide us with money saving tips, advice and reassurance that everything would be magical! And magical it was!!! She provided maps, wonderful tips on where best to watch the fireworks, or grab a tasty bite. She was a tremendous help! Thank you Lauren, we truly appreciate it!

I cannot thank Lauren enough for all of the help she gave to plan my family's Disney trip. From the very beginning she was there whenever I needed her to answer any questions I had. I never felt pressured into anything, but she was there to add anything that I did decide on. She was essential when it came to linking my family's Disney experience apps all together. She even called Disney for me first thing in the morning to solve some issues I was having. Lauren was able to snag all of my dining requests, and was able to get me the table closet to the stage at Hoop Dee Doo Revue! She reached out daily during our trip to make sure everything was going smooth and helped us switch up some park days last minute too. I really can't recommend her enough!

Where do I begin? My husband had a conference in Orlando and knew I had always dreamed of going to Disney World. Lauren was able to help make this happen. She was amazing and literally planned our whole trip for us. I don’t know what I would’ve done with out her. My husband and I decided to go on this vacation. Our daughter was graduating with her Master’s and decided to invite herself for a great graduation trip. (😂) So the 3 of us met at the Orlando airport and the magic began. Lauren had mentioned the Sunshine bus for transportation to our amazing hotel(she recommended). We stayed at Animal Kingdom and loved that we could see all of the animals from our balcony. She set that all up and made all of our reservations and got us our tickets to all 4 parks. Her resources and quick reference guides for each park helped us to plan each day's events. Her morning texts to help us with our Genie + reminders and quick responses made our trip all the more fabulous! She isn’t kidding when she says she is a text or phone call away. She was able to get us into restaurants that we tried and were booked. The 3 of us had the best time, and I know we could not have a had a better time without Lauren’s help and expertise.
