Libby was attentive, detail-oriented, and made our trip seamless! We reached out to Libby to help us plan a last minute trip to Universal in just under 3 weeks. She was always readily available with responses and helpful information and was able to answer any questions we had. We surprised our son for his 11th birthday for a trip to Harry Potter World in Universal and Libby had fun ideas for that as well. She mailed us a packet of information before the trip and little did we know how helpful that would be! We brought it with us in our day pack and were able to easily access the maps she printed for us, rides that accept express pass, day-packing lists, and so much more! We seriously wouldn't have been able to make this trip happen without Libby's help!

Where do I begin! Libby helped me book a trip for my friends and I back in January, and from the start she has been amazing with diving into details with us and helping us determine how we wanted to mold our trip. Not only did she book everything, but she was sure to let us know updates and remind us of important milestones as it got closer, and even helped out with numerous stressful unexpected things during the vacation itself. She is so easy to work with and I highly recommend using her!! I know I will be for years to come with all of my vacations!

Libby made our theme park vacation dreams come true! We spent almost 2 years planning this trip and it all went so perfectly thanks to Libby's attentiveness and expertise. We enjoyed 3 perfect days at Disney World and the VIP group experience at Universal. Libby snagged our bucket list reservations for Be our Guest and Toppolino's, which were incredible, and we were over the moon with how easy it was to book all our extras, like MNSSHP and the fireworks dessert party. She answered all of our meticulous questions about resort pricing, reservation scheduling, photo packages, and more. Libby went the extra mile to ensure we were well aware of any park updates before our trip, prepared to navigate the park entry processes and reservation systems (including Genie+), and provided super fun care packages during our pre-trip journey, including trick-or-treat bags! She made sure we got the most out of our time and money, and for that we are so grateful! We had a great experience with Libby are excited to book our return trip with her in the future. Thank you!!

My extended family booked our first Disney World trip through Libby this past June of 23. She was great. She spent hours looking up plans and strategies to help us not only book, but plan the ins and outs of our trip. She also stayed up on deals and discounts which were applied to our reservations. Libby helped bring me back to the magic after years of being away!
