I recently attended this special event and highly recommend the experience! This is the ultimate way to get into the spirit of the Halloween season!
Taking place at the Magic Kingdom, MNSSHP is a separate-ticketed event that runs on select nights from mid-August through Halloween. This after-hours party offers a family friendly atmosphere filled with fun, frights, and festivities, making it perfect for those who want to celebrate Halloween without the scary stuff!
One of the highlights of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is the chance to experience beloved attractions with minimal wait times. There are a limited number of tickets sold for each event evening, meaning you get to experience the park with a lower crowd level, which equals lower wait times. Many rides stay open late, allowing you to enjoy classics like the Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Space Mountain. All of these rides get decked out in Halloween-themed decorations!
A huge highlight of MNSSHP is trick-or-treating through Magic Kingdom Park! No Halloween celebration would be complete without trick-or-treating! Guests of all ages can stroll through the park and collect candy at various treat stations. When you enter the party you will be given a complimentary bag to collect your treats. My best tip, I recommend bringing additional bags with you to collect more candy! I always like to make it a personal challenge to see how much candy I can bring home!

- Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade: This colorful and festive parade showcases Disney characters in their Halloween costumes. The Boo to You parade also features the catchiest soundtrack. You will be singing the main title song all night long! Also be sure to keep an eye out for the Headless Horseman leading the way!
- Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular: Taking place on the castle stage, the Sanderson Sisters host a spectacular show featuring a ton of Disney villains. It’s a high-energy performance filled with singing, dancing, and a bit of mischievous magic.
- Halloween Fireworks Show: The party also features an exclusive Halloween fireworks show set to Halloween-themed music. This show also features spooky projects on the castle and an appearance by Jack Skellington. Watching the sky light up over Cinderella Castle is the perfect way to wrap up your evening.
